Multan police beefed up security in metropolis after threatening call to blow up historic fort Kohna as Hazrat Bahauddin Zakaria Multani, Hazrat Shah Rukan Alam shrines including its adjoining parks have been vacated from public.
According to police, the threatening call for blowing up historic fort of Multan was received to police on which security personnel has started sweeping action of Kohna fort.
An elite force, rescue and civil defense officials are taking participation in sweeping action, whereas bomb disposal squad are also engaged in searching the area.
Besides this police are engaged in for tracing the mobile numbers that where the threatening call has come.
Soon after threatening call Police have evacuated different shrines and its adjoining park whereas visitors entry have been closed at different shrines.
