Teenage model Romaisa Saeed, who had been critically injured in a road accident, passed away at a hospital on Thursday. Her Namaz-e-Janaza was held after Maghrib prayers in Faisalabad, and she was laid to rest in her native village in Nankana Sahib.
A large number of people attended the funeral rites in Nankana Sahib, paying their last respects to the young model.
Mourners prayed for Almighty Allah to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and provide strength and patience to the bereaved family to cope with this irreparable loss.
